We arrived by catamaran on the west coast of the island of Espirito Santo, one of the most remote and inaccessible areas of the South Pacific. Over the last three days we had travelled nearly 200 miles north from Port Vila, Vanuatu's capital. Port Vila is a pretty and cosmopolitan town, nestling above a busy harbour.
